popeye tattoo i did on my buddy 'buddah" also redid the letters on his arm. The letters weren't legible and was drowned out by shading so i re-did the letters with a lil touch of my style and got this, also utilized the shading from the original letter work to give the piece more depth... the popeye is just popeye... but i think he looks epic
